There's certainly no shortage of methods to achieve fuller lips. Collagen and other substances can be injected into your lips to fill them out for a few weeks to a few months. You can of-course opt for surgery to permanently increase the size and shape of your lips.

Mascara. It doesn't have to be expensive, it just has to work. There are plenty of great drugstore brands. I personally prefer a waterproof mascara but go with whatever you like.
 

 

Your face base. Tinted moisturizer; foundation; powder; whatever your preference, you want something that is going to even out the skin and give your blush something to stick to.

I ended up using beeswax, honey, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aloe Vera Oil, with a few extras thrown in for good measure as a base for my exposed skin care formulation. You can get a small double boiler (a pot within a pot to heat the formula with hot water rather than a too hot flame right ghee on lips the other side of the flammable melting wax and oil) and do this yourself.

Wrong! The Laura Mercier Lip Silk blew me away. After a few days with this product, my lips were smoother and younger looking. The peeling and cracking started to heal. And, I had less fine lines because of it. This product meets all my needs. I am frightened by the price and only getting 0.4oz but a little goes a long way. This product will last! It will slowly absorb into your skin. I put a tiny dab, the size of a sesame seed, on my lips before bedtime and have to wipe the rest off in the morning if I want to put on lipstick. Re-apply every 12 hours. Amazing!
